fantastic stay with great amenities
spacious suiteamazing viewscomfortable room
I stayed in the three-bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable. the views from the 48th floor were amazing especially at night. facilities included a lovely pool massage chairs and a game room. The spa was particularly nice.
The service wasn't always as attentive as i hoped. Housekeeping didn't clean the room until late despite the sign being on.

The room was a good size and clean, I appreciated that the beverages and snacks were refilled daily.
I found the windows blinds inadequate. They let in too much light, made sleeping difficult. The early morning trains were also an annoyance because the room faced the railway.

the location is convenient near the bts station and within walking distance to the four-face buddha i found this very useful the complimentary snack i received was a lovely touch housekeeping refilled it everyday the spacious room included a dining table and a family size fridge providing a homely feel
the air conditioning unit was somewhat loud i found this a slight disturbance since i am sensitive to noise

the gym seemed to be missing some equipment a disappointment since i wanted a good workout the breakfast buffet had a decent spread but refilling the empty dishes seemed to take a while my attempts at a leisurely morning meal felt more like a strategic mission to secure the last croissant the corridors also had this weird musty smell i suspect aggressive air fresheners could maybe help

I found the location to be very convenient, with easy access to shopping centers. the suite rooms were quite large, a definite plus. i especially appreciated the espresso and tea machine in the lobby. It was a nice touch. comfy seating made it a great spot to relax.
during my stay, the security measures could have been better. i forgot my suitcase in a taxi, and the hotel security's assistance in contacting the driver was limited. while they noted the taxi number, more direct help would have been appreciated.
